Terms and Conditions:  All orders will be invoiced the last Friday of each month and due and payable 7-days from date invoiced. ELITE MARKETING & PROMOTIONS, INC. shall be held harmless for interruptions of call center services beyond its immediate control such as weather related  issues or power outages beyond its control.
